when everybody do their work properly, when corruption ends and when we can put afull stop to poverty &finally the youngsters should get into the field of politics & we should use our knowledge only for our country

It's a very sensitive question .... You can say India developed after the following -

1) After all the states in India is united and care for each other.
2) When you have a good politician.
3) When everyone have a job.
4) When no one is living in hunger.
5) When every village have light and water facilities

There are thousand more things to happen before call it developed but there is not enough space to list it out!

One sign will be that people will stop leaving the country and stop worshiping US and its ways.

Mind you India is already on its way towards being a developed country but will take some more years as it had a long way up to go. Unfortunately its neighbouring countries are not helping the course and neither is its very large population or its corrupt government. The progress is in the hands of its young population which is the only favourable thing going for India.

well...i guess never. I don't feel that any country is developed because there is always space for improvement and you can always work on becoming better. Still i feel India has a long way to go before we can say its a 'developed country'. It depends on how efficiently the people and government work together..
