The name of Islands are Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and it's not Under Man Island. Well you just have to apply for Visa for India and no separate Visa is required to visit these Islands as these are Union Territories of India. The area of these Islands are 8,249 sq.km and total population is around 3,56,265 only. You can reach their from Chennai OR from Kolkata by Air or by Sea route.

A permit is required to visit the Andaman Islands, and can be obtained - with the presentation of passport and visa - at the Port Blair Airport. The permit is valid for 30 days.

ANDAMAN not underman;- NO visa is needed if you have visa to India.

if you have Indian nationality then no need of visa if not then apply for Indian visa

My dear it is Andaman and not under man. You have just to apply for Visa of india, you can go to Andaman Islands with this VISA as it is in India
