Where in India I can get snow in mid October except the state of Kashmir, so that I can make a 7 days tour?

October ! Too early for snow anywhere in India.
The upper reaches of the Himalayas may have some snowfall, but it's difficult to reach.
Leh and Ladakh are a possibility, but it is a very difficult terrain.
The best time would be end November to early May.

north- east. My best suggestion would be the state of sikkim. You can visit Darjeeling, Shimla, Kulu, Manali and Kalimpong.

There are lots of places in North and North East India where you can find snow in October. You can try out places in the state of Himachal like Shimla, Kullu, Manali, Dharamsala, Dalhousie etc. If its skiing that interests you then one of the best skiing spots in India is at Auli in Uttrakhand. In North East you can find snow in stated like Sikkim and Auranachal Pradesh. These places are exotically beautiful. Have a nice time.

It is very difficult to find a place to get snow in October. There is a few beautiful places in Kerala called, Wayanad, Munnar & Thekkady. These three places are hill stations only. Thekkady is a wild life santury also.

well you go 2 a shoping center in india then you look for a shop that sales freezers and then ya stick your head up d freezer and you would have snow any month of d year.....lol
