TajMahal is in the city of Agra in Uttar Pradesh. It is a 31/2 hr beautiful drive from New Delhi on an almost expressway stretch and you get great food at the ZilMil dhaba en route. Best go the earlier night so that you can reach Taj early in the morning , else there are huge queues after 9:30 a.m.
Either while going or on the way back try and squeeze a Trip to Vrindavan Temple at Mathura which is in the route.It is beautiful.
Another great place close by is the Bharatpur bird Sanctuary and neighbouring Sariska Project Tiger Range. Bharatpur will be memorable when planned in advance.
Best time to go is in December - February.
Plenty of dhabas on the highways for the foody. |

If ur searchin for Taj Mahal Monument.... its in Agra, India.... near Delhi..... else.... if ur searchin for Taj Mahal Hotel...... Its placed in various parts of india...... and the one in Mumbai got seriously destroyed a few weeks back..... Hope ur aware of that......
