There are Post offices in Kukatpally aswell in Vivekananda Nagar Colony.
In Kukatpally it is exactly behind Sri Chaitanya Junior College (beside Kukatpally Bus Stop)
In Vivekananda Nagar it is in the line beside Vasireddy Swagruha Foods.
