In majestic circle itself, there are four or five good hotels. First make it a point to check the websites, and book the rooms over phone, as family is there with you.
Otherwise, it will be difficult to get rooms in Bangalore , in that area.

Bangalore has many places to stay which are safe and at attractive locations. Like already mentioned in previous answers, Broadway is a nice place. Also, there are many other hotels in Majestic. If you want Jayanagar, there is Pai hotel near south-end circle, that is also nice place to stay. First, choose on the location you want to stay and then search the web for hotels in that location.
