Which NEHRU you admire : HINDU NEHRU, MUSLIM NEHRU or BRITISH NEHRU ?

You can put the set of choices as which Nehru you admire

1> Kashmiri Nehru, where he stopped Indian troops successful advance in Jammu and Kashmir in 1948, took the issue to the UN and created a permanent problem which to date remains unresolved.

2> Socialist Nehru, where he got carried by the Soviet Union and turned India a democratic country following communist practices, Nationalized large factories, railways, airlines, insurance companies, banks, creating the monster of trade unionism and leftism and affecting work ethics adversely.

3> Feudal Nehru, where he successfully trampled democratic practices and got his daughter Indira in Politics, sowing the seeds of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty which still rules today in its 4th generation. If a dynasty is in the 4th generation it better be called as monarchy or feudality.

I think I dont like Nehru for any of the 3 choices, I prefer Sardar Valabhbhai Patel and Lokmanaya Balgangadhar Tilak.

I DON'T ADMIRE ANY Nehru AS HE CLOSED THE DOORS TO THE WORLD AND STOPPED ALL PROGRESS.WE COULD NOT EVEN ADVERTISE ON OUR RADIO SO INDIAN INDUSTRY HAD TO ADVERTISE WITH RADIO SRILANKA AND WE USED TO LISTEN TO BINACA GEET MALA AND PAID THEM OUR PRECIOUS FOREX.

I do not admire any of the Politician NEHRU.

I admire Chaha Nehru as the guide for children.
I also admire the English writer NEHRU.

I admire british Nehru who is at the same time muslim, he has performed per excellence to prolong british interest in India and at the same time paved the path of appeasement policy in India and turned a blind eye to security of hindus in Pakistan

Nehru was leaning to neither Hindu nor Muslim nor British. He was a thoroughly patriotic Indian. This will be clear if you read his "Discovery of India" and "India Rediscovered"

may be last 2....but he is not the hindu nehru....he juzzz cant save his own birth place kashmir.....maintainin affairs vth british womens...makin deal vth the british n sayin it as independence ...tats wat he done for india...so he is chacha (may be mama)for all indians .....

Sorry my friend, as a Christian,..the only "man" and favorite Leader that I would say that I "Admire" would be Jesus Christ. :) After that I would have to say I admire my beloved husband, leader & provider. PTL!
