I would say the major city in India would have to be Bombay because it is the center of bollywood. India makes more movies in a year than every other country together. These movies are a major source of national income. If it wasn't for the movie industry, India would be in worst condition than it is now.
What kind of question is this anyway? Both cities are important. How can one put a price on a city.
