I prefer Mumbai to Bangalore. All the advantages of Bangalore are there in Mumbai except the climate. There are more advantages in Mumbai than in Bangalore specially the local transport which u can rely on 100%.

Bangalore would be ideal to bring up kids, but Mumbai is great for college kids and aspirational young guns, entrepreneurs. Mumbai gives varied exposure and plenty of opportunities and a fast pace. BLore is exposure with laidback pace.
