Both places are good for work life.
However, Bangalore has a better climate than Kochi.
If you have to travel daily for your work place, Kochi will be better. The traffic in Bangalore is too much and you will have to spend more time in travel. So it is up to you to consider which is more important.

Bangalore anytime ..... the amount of time you waste in Bangalore for traffic would be equal to the time you would waste in Kochi, wiping your face of all the sweat .. Kochi is so hot that you either live or work ... you can't do both there... Trust me, Coz I just came back from Kochi ... Bangalore climate rules .... which makes waiting in traffic also better.
