What the purpose for this question,

you want to go and enjoy u r holidays in that case nothing is better then
Darjelling, Himachal Pardesh not Shimla in that case specifically and OOTy

But if your talking about long time stay then their is nothing better then Chandigarh anywhere in India.....Good roads, enrich food, friendly people and It now coming up and International Airport everything one desire for.
