You can probably try Kullu-Manali or Shimla. Delhi would be damn hot during summer.

Well coming to Delhi in summers will be not good as it is very hot here. You could choose to go to a wetter or colder place like Goa or Kashmir. So please give your plan a reconsideration.

This is true that delhi is little hot in summer and but this is wrong statement that Delhi is not safe.. If ou visit Delhi then you can try Old fort for boating, Appu ghur " Oyester" water park, if you need more info pls check www.holidayclubindia.net
