An India there are so many romantic places.1st where do you live & How many ruppese you can spent for tour.It is dippend under you.Which kind of climate you want to visit. Cold or hot ,it is your choice. If you want cold place?You can visit Shimla or Kasmir you can play on snow.If you want to visit hill side,You can visit Khandala such a lovely romantic place or Utarranchal Prades there are many hill site to visit.You can visit Mumbai also, There are so many romantic places Like, Gate of India,Elephanta caba,Hanging garden etc.Make your mind,Where & how to visit?

In the same order, for a 3 day trip, upto March end 2009:

1st - Go to Agra and see the Taj Mahal (weather will be great)
2nd - Rajasthan - Go to Udaipur and Jodhpur (weather will be great)
3rd - Goa (make it fast. It will be very hot mid-March onwards)
4th - Kerala - Stay in House Boat in the backwaters (make it before mid-March)

In south i would suggest kerala- try the houseboats! it's very relaxing & very romantic.varkala beach in south,is also a romantic place to go to.

North : If you go to manali now, there would be a lot of snow, they provide many sports.. it would be FUN, but i dunno wether u would call that romantic..BUT the place is very beautiful,so, spending time with your wife can be as romantic as in the movies!~ =p

Quick fix

It depends on your location since you have only 3 days ! However, My all time favourite is Gangtok !

Opt for forest resorts, may be Jim Corbett Park or somewhere in Assam (Kajirangga). I am sur you will enjoy a lot with thrill & beauty. Of course, there are lot of factors too decide and you are the best judge.

Depends on where you are located. go to any nearby hill stations in north Mussorie,nainital,shimla,Manali in south Munnar,kodaikanal ooty and yercud. you can go to Goa .
