The top 3 places I would pick are The Andamans. Rainy season is only just starting so not too bad. Beautiful beaches and a lot of activities. Rishekesh...as well, a lot of activities and a very beautiful spot for starting any number of short treks. or, Leh Laddach. not accesible at other times throughout the year june is the perfect time to go. I think people visit goa to see only temple ,sea beach ,church ,good food ,fenny but real Goa lies in wild life ,There are 4 to 5 wild life sanctuaries which I am sure if you spend a night will never be forgotten

in june the weather is quite hot so i suggest you go to a hill station.
You can go to Gangtok,Sikkim

June is a month when monsoon sets in and its not advisable to travel in June however only state which will not be affected by Monsoon will be Rajsthan a great Tourist destination with Historicl places wild life sanctuary and mount abu the great hill station. you should not take cahnces of going to any other hill station as you may get trapped in rain

I would definitely NOT suggest you to go to any of the wildlife sanctuary. Such destinations will not be pleasant for your family, especially the kids, because of the high Humidity content. According to me, Haridwar-Rishikesh can be a good place to get rid of this scorching summer. Besides, any of the HILL STATIONS in Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu-Kashmir can also solve the purpose. These are nice places for adventure sports as well. Besides, Kerala is also an amazing place to explore. Beaches, backwaters, Ayurveda and adventures in Kerala would definitely charm your family members and kids. Here are some links for further info.
