if you travelling in a group then definitely train , if you pressed for time book a flight in advance its comparitvely a short journey a bit pricy thou depending upon how early you get a booking .. .

personally i would recommend a bus , a volvo in particular as it leaves banglore by aroun 9 / 9.30 so you can sleep it off and you in sunny goa by 8-9 in the morning

flight for speed and convenience, bus is a lot slower and terribly uncomfortable, on the train you will have better views, and meet many friendly locals. It depends then if you are in a hurray

Hi there....best would be by flight and with ever declining rates...it is probably not much more expensive than a AC-2tier ticket. There is so much to see and experience in Goa that you dont want to waste your time travelling to it. By flight you would reach much faster and have more time on your hands. I have been there recently in Sept and the flights (all of them) were on dot. no hassles...i was lucky i guess.
By the way, this is tourist season in Goa and so better have your wallet full. they charge extra for everything at this time.

go by flight. if u go by bus it will take a lot of time.if u go by train it might be full of rats cockroaches(even in first class).
