if u r asking abou the place then its J&K of course....its not only Kashmir bt the parts of Jammu r also worth watching like Udhampur ,Patnitop,Sanasar,Mansar...
If it is not possible to visit Kashmir for certain reasons u will never regret after visiting Jammu..the winter capital of J&K
