why dunt try mayajall in ECR road or some other theme park..
any way whatever u place u go just go on weekdays so that u can avoid some crowd...
my option for u is go to VGP on weekday because on weekdays there will be no crowd except some coll students moreover 10 -20 and some school students if they are in excursion and foreigners..
try to go on Tuesday r Wednesday r Thursday dunt choose Monday r Friday bcoz many student and ppls used to cut their office at that day...
enjoy it.. but dunt misbehave in public please....
