it can be reached via kullu manali route.

Keep an eye on news- SHIM LA may have snowfall if we see past records but if it do not have...then choose MANALI. You can find lot of fun which is safer than traveling to so far places like DALHAUSIE etc.

U can either visit Gulmarg in Kashmir valley or Kullu & Manali or Kufri or Shimla in Himachal Pradesh which have snowfall in mid Jan & are close to Delhi as well.
