Definitely Banglore is better city in comparison of Chennai due its weather condition,Green Gardens,No language problems,Cleanness,all round developments taking place particularly in IT sector.

i agree once Bangalore was the best place. Now, there are huge buildings arose and it spoiled the natural green garden city. The weather condition also on par with chennai now a days except in seasons. Language is a problem there. Major industries are also not there. Software companies occupies more but when comparing to chennai, it is less in numbers. The cost of living is more than chennai. The bus operations are very poor but in chennai, super bus operations and you can go by bus skipping taxies, autos. The cost of living, living accommodations are surely cheap than Bangalore. Air, train, bus operations are best in chennai comparing to Bangalore. Another interesting matter is everybody will talk english in chennai as no language problem. The 2nd largest beach is at chennai. Many many entertainments are more in chennai. To sumup, the chennai is best city.

Life in bangalore is fun and also there is lot of money too as it is the silicon valley of India.
Chennai has good infrastructure and has a peaceful life and not much enjoyment.
bangalore would be a good choice I guess.

50% of population in Bangalore are tamilians.20% of population in Chennai are kannadigas.Other than that both cities are congested,poluted ,traffic jam is so common so also flood when it rains.Both the cities are competing to be first in corruption and bribery as well as dishonest politicians.
