Ok, first of all, Bangalore is a city in India, it is the 3rd largest city in India, nicknamed the (Silicone Valley of India), it does not have a capital. It is located in the southwest part of the South Indian state of Karnataka, I guess it is probably the capital of the state of Karnataka. It is located in the Heart of the Mysore Plateau.

I did find an "M" reference that may be what you are looking for. From what I read it is the headquarters for the Mysuru district also called the Mysore district. This could be where the confusion is.
