Which is the good place to visit around mumbai? |
Is khandala safe in monsoon season, which will be much better place to visit from MARATHEN, ALIBAG or KHANDALA, if any other place then please tell me. THANKS. |

You may go to all of them b coz, it is managable( 3-4 days is ok, 5 days will be fine). I can't say which is better. After visiting, I am sure you also won't be.
Alibag is a secluded beach resort. Do visit sagar fort across Alibag beach.
Matheran is a natural forest resort. Do take long walks.
Khandala is a valley resort. Do visit Karla caves.

There are many things to explore around mumbai apart from the commercial one.......Some of which comes to my mind are
Vasai Fort
Tungareshwar
Jwahar (said to be Mahableshwar of Thane)
Tarkarli
Ganpatipule (a bit far from mumbai though...but worth a visit)

Film city, Khandala, Port, caves beyond sea,international Air port,Arabian sea,Daman , vadodra, surat,Dadra nagar haveli, bandra,Nasic, if possible visit Dwaraka, River Godavari

all these places are ok. karla caves near khandala is nice too. Khashid is a cleaner beach. you can also take a short train journey to silvasa or daman. |
