1/2 the people in India are heroin addicts...
they are mod and aristocratic..so there is no party per se since heroin users of this type are of the beatnik type.. they live easy going lives and use infrequently..since they are also poor..Indians are poor and tend to be some what reverent....most third world countries are not "party" zones..whatever it is you wish to do do it in the USA I recommend this since millions have gone down thinking other countries are cooler...hardly their WAY harsher..especially on foreigners
