as far as i m concern i like KULLU and MANALI the best,its a peacefull city full of natural BEAUTY,people over ther r so innocent and loving and carring for guests.Nothing to worry in late nights also. if u wants to enjoy veiw of THE GREAT HIMALAYA then nothing like it. Some times u can enjoy SNOW FALL also. ITS LIKE HEAVEN ON EARTH. so go ahead with ur Honey moon plan without any fear.Enjoy ur Honeymoon. BEST OF LUCK.

I would prefer Jammu and Goa.

A lot of newly weds go to Jammu for pilgrimage of Mata Vaishnoo Devi every year. Infact, I returned from Mata Vaishnoo Devi today morning, I saw a lot of newly weds this time there who came for honeymoon and to offer their prayers. It is one of the safest place to go to. Though you should avoid planning a trip on public holidays and vacations.

Goa is quite a good place to go for honeymoon, it is only expensive in what they call "seasons" which is between November and Feb. Goa is a tourist place, you may enjoy everything there, from clean beaches to scenaries.
