Goa is def. the place to go if you're going to India. They had a lot of beautiful beaches and it was really relaxing.

MY FAVOURITE TOURIST DESTINATION IN INDIA IS GOA.
IN NORTH GOA THERE IS AGUADA FORT,MAYEM LAKE, TWO FAMOUS TEMPLES ,BEATIFUL BEACHES LIKE VAGOTAOR BEACH AND CALANGUTE BEACH( QUEEN OF THE BEACHES),
IN SOUTH GOA, THERE ARE ANCESTRAL CHURCHES LIKE BASILICA OF BOM JESUS AND ST. CATHEDRAL. MANY TEMPLES,DONA PAOLA AND MIRAMAR BEACH AND COLVA BEACH( 2ND LARGEST BEACH IN INDIA)
IN THE EXTREME SOUTH THERE IS DUDHSAGAR WATERFALL WHICH IS VERY BEAUTIFUL.
BEST HOTELS ARE CALANGUTE RESIDENCY, MIRAMAR RESINENCY, COLVA RESIDENCY AND PANAJI RESIDENCY.
THERE ARE BEAUTIFUL LUXURY BUSES(A.C & NON A.C) FOR TRANSPORT.

Thekkedy wild life sanctury in kerala, lot of hotels and resorts are there like Periyar house,Lake queen, Leela Pankaj etc etc. From Trivandrum there are direct buses to Thekkedy. Climate is really cool and the oxygen content in the air is more. Iam sure you will enjoy the place exepecially with your kids.

Depends on when u would like to go-weather dependant. I love Rajasthan. The palaces are lovely, loads of shopping, culture, folk dances, camels, etc.

gokarna is the best place now...goa's become too commercial...Gokarna has the best seaside setup, cheap shaks where you get a room for 100 - 150 for a day...you get to go boating between the beaches, can go trekking ...collection of 5 beaches on a stretch...also not to forget it is called the 'Bhoo Kailash...' complete nature trip on sea front..
