Agra-- Taj mahal, Agra fort and more places..

Rajasthan --- Jaipur, jaishalmer, jodhpur, Udaipur, sawai madhopur, corrbett national park, and more places..

Goa beaches

Kerala backwater and houseboat and also beaches..

Orissa -- Temple like( konark-sun temple, lord jagannath temple, lingaraj temple, chilika lake and more places. )

West bengal--- SUndar van, kali ghat, dakshineswar temple, great museum...

depends upon you, if u like hill station ..i would say Darjeeling or ladakh are the best , and if u like beaches GO GOA.

Firstly it depends upon your choice of the place..
if you want to enjoy serene beauty and calmness then kerala is good place..
Goa is really nice for beaches and has good pubs and discos
Hill stations like manali and darjeeling are quite romantic for couples..
but if i am to personally suggest something then it has to be Andaman and Nicobar Islands! these islands are the best place to be if India is to be considered..it would be a divine experience!

For summer holidays, the best place in India for me is Darjeeling. Awesome place. Been there a couple of times. I also like Kerela because it is lovely and good to explore if you like that sort of thing.

The good thing about India is it pretty much has something for every taste.

I would recommend - Goa . it depends on what you want to do. If you have a time and could afford to go for 15-20 days, I would say do Darjeeling, simla, kulu and the whole tour package

Do I want to only have fun from this tour.?

Do I want to explore and see places?

Do I want to see the variety?

Do I want to see the nature?

Do I want to see more historic i.e ancient India?

Do I want it to be in a secluded or in a rushy crowded place.?
Last but not least how much time can you spend.?

You have not mentioned much of your priorities and budget..also what you want out of this tour.

Firstly, you need to visit India checking the seasons.
The seasons and weather are entirely different from north south east to west.
Also, to make the most of your travel you need to plan where will you start and stop.

There is a lot and lot to see in India..If you take the wrong tour and a wrong guide you will end up seeing nothing much.
