No point going to temples and donating money unless you are willing to fight for Hinduism, because the govt. of India takes the money from the temples and gives it to the churches and for Haj subsidy. If people believe they are Hindus they should protest this most unfair practice that is unsecular. Hindu money should be spent by the temple to benefit the Hindu poor and to advance Hinduism. The church uses Hindu money to convert Hindus to christianity! Every muslim recieves a Rs.12000 concession on the ticket foe Haj! Where does so much money come from? Hindus need to wake up and ask for their rights from the union of India.

The Temple of Srirangam (Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple) in Tiruchirapalli (or Trichy), is the largest functioning Hindu temple in the world. Angkor Wat is the largest of all temples, but it currently is non-functioning as a temple.
