that's because they don't have the funds like we do in america. Our goverment pays people to clean up your city streets, towns, parks, etc. The goverment of india doesn't pay, so their for the workers that do clean up the cities etc are hired by indivual buiness owners, and the average person in india only makes the equivelent of us .22 cents a day.

admittedly, its because of over population. and its constituents are not that very much conscious with their heatlh, they lack descipline and most likely they dont find the time to clean their environment.these of course if you will agree with my opinions.......

Because the Indian people have no love for their country. Also the outer reality reflects the peoples' innner reality!

Your country(usa/europe..etc..)..ha... problems like racism, drugs and infidility after living in usa for 15 years..so its better to have filth on the street rather than in your head, hope this answers your question.

What a pity, rubbish people end up hitting rubbish collection centers whever they go - India, USA, Europe, China, etc.!

julietinfairverona
Not everywhere in India is like that - obviously there are issues with waste and polution but these issues fall on the poverty crisis and corrupt government in india. Education is also an issue.
