Why are the toilets in india soo bad even in hotels?

no offence im indian myself but why?dont people think about health problems and hygiene?

Because they take everything for granted. Indian has habit of having a servant to clean and they expect that hotel toilets should be cleaned by them even if they dirty it anyway. They are actually sick people who have money to stay in hotel but doen't have any hygenic sense personally. Whereas in foreign, you don't have servants and from toilet cleaninf to other works are done by themselves, hence can sense how difficult it is to clean dirty,therefore they try to maintain hygenic mostly.
Even I feel angry about it.

if all of them use it like his/her own house toilet, problem is not created

Lack of civic sense by the users and "penny wise pound foolish" mentality of the hotel / restaurant owners, who don't employ full-time staff to keep the toilets clean and shining. Things are improving, the cineplexes and shopping malls in the cities are comparable with those anywhere.

Not all places in India toilets are bad.
It depends on where and which place you
have visited in India. Possibly you have visited
a lower grade hotel where employer do not keep
sufficient staff and pay poor salary. hence the
cleanliness is poor.
