Im Indian and when i went to Europe for a trip i went from London to all the to Rome passing Milano and some places in France, Switzerland etc. well basically everyone stared at our bus which was Indian because outside of England i guess its rare to see Indians.
so same in India i guess they can tell your not Indian but Persians have an exotic look to Indians just as We have exotic looks to Caucasians

I know what you mean. If you're really pretty, straighten your hair, wear fashionable clothing (even if they ARE traditional), men tend to stare at you. Just don't pay attention to them. |

Unlike western hemispere, where dress leaves hardly anything to imagination - men dont have to stare. Here, men not only stare at beautiful women - they strip them in their imagination and derive pleasure.
Men in your Iran probably dont have the luxury of looking at anything but burqa-clad females, and you wont also dare dress in a salwar - that's why you felt so.
Believe me - men in India, Pakistan or Iran - all are frustated. |

its in their genes.. well, even if i am there in that position, i would stare at you for sure.. not because, i have never seen a woman before.. you know.. its the feeling and experience you will see only in india and or pakistan.. different country, got different culture.. learn to adapt to it.. dont blame or complaint or vent your anger here.. |
