Yes Yor are right but you can't blame on Delhi people you know Why as Delhi is full of people who come from other states and they do this kind of things here as they can't do in their states. I am from Delhi and fell very bad when it happens and someome say like this. Sorry for this kind of behaviour. But delhi is not like this.

I think men stare everywhere in India...not just Delhi. That's the culture..what can you do. if u are with a man they stare..if u are alone it's worse..
i am really not looking forward to my trip with my family in December..my hubby being 6ft 4 and white i will get more stares but i am so glad i am not going to be alone.

Usually people recognize their local people. I was born in Peru and i can tell by their looks and clothes if you are not from there. That's why is unusual the way you look your hair dress, make-up, skin color, etc

I do not have any specific reason to stare at a girl who is pretty enough like you. But If I am correct then what I find is, Bombay, Bangalore you can see the lots of good looking women walking in the street and men do watch them, entertain themselves. Refresh their mind. Similarly I am in a QATAR where very rarely find women on the streets. That is why men stares at them. I don't think this is bad unless they do unusual things with you.

May be its because of ur Beauty, There can be many of the posibility one say beauty one say Clothing one say this and one say that so as i m also goin to give my opinion to u .....
Its not only in india that people stare at u on Bus Stops or while traveling on a bus thats only a Societal problem that when u travel there are not only the same community travels but all type of peoples do travel .... Once i have to go to my friends home i was in a proper dressing as a Business Student shud be and when i sat in a bus everyone was starin at me and u know its like that most ov the peoples think that may be i m not lookin good or may be i m lookin odd so they get embaraced but i dont i do always be confident on my ownself i know how do i look so it do not matter to me who starrin at me and who not so its a general thing that whenever you do sat in a different community as i hope u know the three types of Communities so its only a community difference ... and its Universal not only in Delhi.
