In India, as scientists, they all very well know - cell by cell - how the Indians (right from common men, upto dirty politicians including the highly corrupt police and the beaurocrats) are spoiling their own country. How can they render even the basic services in a nasty atmosphere like that.

In abroad, on the other hand, they have everything at their command to do their best for the humanity as a whole and enjoy so doing. Everything I mean: right RESOURCES at the right MEASURE and at the right TIME ! Above all, the dignity and encouragements offered by all concerned. Don't you all agree!!
