Why is it so difficult to find a decent accomodation in Chennai for a Single man?
Additional Details M not a womanizer, nor a drunkard. M a decent human being also categorized to be a North Indian Brahmin. A vegetarian, afraid of God, and a sincere employee in one of the MNC's. Please advise.
Because Chennai is not a decent place and their people also not decent. So you can not get a decent reply also.
Best thing is try to get an Lodge.In Triplicane area there are so many lodges called "Mansions" (Madras usage of English)(Because the first such lodge was opened in that area in a building ".......... Mansion" all ar called like this). You stay there 2/3 months and then get hold of your colleagues and try for a accommodation near the office shared by 2/3 people.)

I can tell you why.the ground floor of our building was rented out to a guy and he used to create Havoc over the weekends partying.He was a Brahman too.So we requested the house owners not to rent it out to bachelors.
How can we tell who is good or bad?
Infact I gave my house on rent to some boys but I made sure they were ok soI guess you have to reassure the house owners that you are ok
