At least 350 Bhaiyyas from Bihar / UP R daily descending on Mumbai for livelihood. Most of them R illiterate, unskilled, deseased,undesirable, or expelled from their own villages as undesirable.
This inward exodus is ruining the civic infrastructure of Mumbai. But who cares ?
