A strange question that we keep asking ourselves everyday ...its happening everywhere..i dont know why the officials are not taking stringent actions against terrorist. 9/11 happened once..never repeated again ..because the US government declared war on terror. they showed the courage to hit the enemy hard on the enemy soil. Indian army is renowned for its might and they have already demonstrated it. It should take the attacking phase rather being defensive.
