Salman Khan on Friday walked out of Jodhpur jail and left for Mumbai after Rajasthan High Court granted him bail in the 1998 chinkara poaching case.
Earlier in the day, the Rajasthan High Court granted bail to Bollywood actor Salman Khan, nearly a week after he was sent to jail in connection with the chinkara poaching case.
The court, while hearing the revision petition along with bail application filed by the actor, ordered his release on a security of Rs 1 lakh and a bond of Rs 50,000.
The next date of hearing of the revision petition has been fixed on October 24, 2007.
