I think India is 'working hard' to become a developed country. It is not a superpower now and may not even match China militarily. Think you need to crush corruption and reduce poverty in India first - that should be the Number 1 priority!

why would india want to be a super power. when it needs to look to its people first. this will make it a powerful country. when all are paying taxes and it can look after the poor. until then, why waste money on being a super power

India will become powerful and it will be friendly towards pakistan and china. If it tries to crush any neighbour, it will bleed itself hollow. But economically, it is already beating pakistan. Indian currency is much stronger than Pakistan's.

I think Russia will start to kick off next, or Korea or Iran. All of these countries are pouring alot of money into military and air defence. Russia has quadrupled its funding in the last 2 years which is VERY alarming.
