Realpolitik says no. They have more to lose from such a strike than pakistan does, and both sides have more to lose in general than from continued non-aggression. However, the indian military is notorious for promoting hard-liners, who have on at least one occasion disobeyed direct orders regarding confrontation with pakistan. The only answer I can give you is this - it is unlikely.

it depends on the severity of the situation. it will not do any good if they do that. the indian government must confer on what to prioritize to alleviate the problems of those severely affected by the bombings. the whole world is comdemning what happened.
