Ancesters from Ireland.?

Does anyone from Ireland happen to know what part of Ireland somone with the last name (Reidy ) mite come from?

In 1659 the census of the region found that the Reidy and O'Reidy were living principally in County Kerry and County Limerick at that time.

I should be doing something else
I did a quick Google search for Reidys in Ireland and it threw up the link below - looks like they originally lived in County Clare before moving to the USA

Why don't you check out Irish world. They are really good researchers. They found my grandfather's information for me.

Lots of Reids in the north, never heard of Reidy.
