Anybody know if you can still buy macaroon bars?

I suggested them to someone looking for Irish food on here the other day, it's just now I've realised I haven't seen any in ages! Are they still in production? I'm starting to get a bit of a craving thinking about them! =]

Absolutely, they are so gorgeous.
I had a thing with these at one stage, first the macaroon had to be slightly melted and then mix it with burger bites.
My God it was heaven.
Must try it again to see if its as good as i remember.
Speaking of which can you still get burger bites?

Priscilla Duck
They still sell them in my local shop, but it's very possibly stock from 1986, so I don't know if that proves anything. They still taste good anyway.

Yes but they are very hard to find. You might find them in corner shops or small newsagents.

I've seen them in shops recently, they're lovely but I haven't had one in years, I can't stand really sweet stuff anymore.

When we ate them things we'd be spitting out bits of coconut from our mouths for weeks afterwards.
They'd get stuck in the holes in our teeth as well and we have to stick matchsticks in to dislodge them......
