Anyone agree with me regarding dustin the turkey?

jonny logan comes and tells us the day after eurovision how ashamed he is that ireland sent dustin to the ever important and serious competetion and how it degrades stars such as himself. Well now, thats seems a bit hypocritical for the guy who sold himself out t mcdonalds singing "hold me now"....

LOL! I know...

Sending (well, trying to send anyway) Dustin to the Eurovision is simply a bit of craic, Lighten up and have a sense of humour is what I say! We just know not to do it again.
So what if we didn't get through this year, there's always next year....
I don't think people over 30 got the joke!

= )

DUSTIN has got class: the X factor
He turned down a lucrative offer to sing for KFC ..not like some poser I wouldn't care to name. It's not for me to be the one to be sayin' it, but you know what I mean, if you follow me.

It certainly is. Especially as Dustin's cousins could have been in the chicken burgers.

Eurovision is a joke competition that no-one in UK or Ireland takes seriously. Dustin's entry had the right attitude, take the p*ss & have a laugh!

Couldn't agree more..............lol

lotg_4eva
love that ad! 'ITS TINTED MOISTERISER YA PLANK!!!!!' only the irish...yea gotta agree wit ya...and @ least dustin was fully dressed....

Lol I got to say that I don't think Dustin was all that bad
Everyone watching it with me had a chuckle at all the in-jokes in his song
Hell, the whole thing was a big in-joke for us Irish really!

It's better then going into it all serious like, like how we did with Dervish last year, and still come out last!

At least we came out of it with a bit of dignity this year ....our own kind of dignity anyway, that other countries might not get

Yeah i know you are right. It was a disgrace though that dustin entered eurovision. Johnny logan is absoloutely awful i think. I should not really say that to my country. Dustin is kind of embarassing but i still love him since i was 8 soo.......
But that dervish one last year was the worst i have seen. What kind of song did she sing? They can stop the autum but they cant stop the spring??????? I mean that is soooo stupid.
