its gorgous in the summer apart from the odd bit of rain here or there or everywhere! i find that the nicest time to be in ireland is september for some reason we always get great weather in sept! its a beautifull in the west of ireland jus pure ucontrolled wilderness amazing and some great great pubs |

There are no guarantees for the weather here, I am afraid. The last few days have been lovely, but the last couple of summers have not been good, so this summer is anybody's bet. |

Yes and no, the last two summers it did nothing but rain, the summer consisted of a few days last year.
Why would you be going on a mission trip here out of interest?

It is very changeable, often the summers are fairly cold and wet compared to what most consider summer. I wouldn't say it really ever gets hot in Ireland.
I would suggest that you go for the experience, regardless of weather. |
