I live in the Capital of Ireland(Dublin) and it is a very nice and fun place to live or visit. There is a lot of places to visit .You can go shopping for hours in Dublin city and there you can find the spire (a big sharp needle) the river liffey and many places where the 1916 rising was fought. In county Clare holds the Burren which can grow arctic plants,Tropical plats and nearly all worldwide plants and flowers. In County Louth you can find many beach resorts like Dublin!!Theres the Giant Causeway county Antrim,The hill of Tara(a very historic place) in County Meath,The Pheonix Park(largest enclosed park in Europe)county Dublin,Trinity College Dublin which houses the famous book of kells. There is only 1 let down in Ireland ,The weather can sometimes be gloomy or wet if you know what I mean. But otherwise Ireland is a great country!

Ya I'm from and in Galway city.Galway is a good place to come to the only bad thing is the weather isn't great:-(
Galway is a good place especially the city because the beach isn't far from it and there is like 3 of them:-)
If you want views there's lovely countrysides and if you want a really fantastic view than climb Croah Patrick in Westport in Mayo my sister just climbed it last week and view is apparently fantastic. Oh and the nights out in Galway are really good too and if you like Irish traditional music then the good old Irish pubs in Galway. Hope I Helped! Please pick me as best answer;-)

Galway is nice but it is touristy.

As you're from Florida, you need to be aware that summer in Ireland is VERY different from summer in Florida!

Otherwise simply google 'Galway city'.
