I would call or send an Email to National Express asking for help they are really good.
Sarah Bradford.
They helped me with another route to some place I could not get to as there were no direct trips out of season

my mum is from Lurgan,
i have been by coach once from London to Lurgan, via Belfast. and the coach stopped Birmingham, so you might have to get to birmingham.
the coach goes from London to Belfast, then you have to change onto a local bus service from Belfast
i would check with national express www.nationalexpress.com

jet2.com fly from leeds to belfast for pretty cheap.bus ride would be a real camel hike but it probably could be done. You would need to get bus towards ferry either stranar or troon.then ferry across and bus from belfast to lurgan or train if you like
