So many pubs, depends on which type you like. D2, Harcourt Street is good. Porter house and Samsara on the quays are both good. Bad Bobs and Copperface Jacks in Temple Bar are good. Don't head out during the day, rest up. It changes at night.
My advise would be to have some drinks in the hotel room first, so expensive out. Don't be too dressed up but dress nice and carry ID! Just stroll around the city and see where the best party's at and enjoy the night. |

Hey, i would like to suggest a few good spots to go in dublin for your one night. Most spots are around the city centre so there handy to find.
The main sopts i would suggest are:
1) Copper Face Jacks (Harcourt Street)
This place is always hopping on the weekends and it is a big club with a nightclub and dance floor down stairs and pub and smoking area upstairs, there is a mixture of young and old and always attracts a crowd. Definetly worth a visit.
2)Barcode (Clontarf)
The best nightclub I think that there is in dublin. It's a nightclub with a restaurant and arcade combined. It's an excellent spot with great music and drink is quite cheap, well worth a visit if your into your partying.
3)QBar (D'ollier Street)
A great bar with a nice dance floor and nice selection of drinks. Always a popular spot on the weekends and always brings in a crowd. Club xxi is just beside it in case you get bored
Hope you have fun anyway |

There are loads of clubs in Dublin and some are over 18's & some are over 21's but you have to just chance your arm and if they turn you away try another, some of the disco bars are better than the clubs cause you dont have to pay in and the price of drinks is a bit more reasonable
If you are thinking about shopping go to Grafton St or Henry St - Grafton st being the more expensive |

As a traditional musician I've never been in any "decent clubs" just dives. I'd head for Temple Bar, stay away from Sheriffs St. and Monktown, they can be dodgy.
Have fun, remember, when a cute Irishman offers you a lift or a ride they are different things, just be prepared... |

Hello,
Agood place to start is around and about temple bar, and go from there, as the clubs begin to bounce the town, you will easily find them, and don't be afraid to ask the other girls near to you, and whatever you do, have fun, but stay safe, and remember to say no if you mean no, well some jerk might offer you something you can live life a whole lot better without. just have fun safely, and enjoy all the craic on offer, it will be so much fun for the three of you, Bye..................Tony M |

I would recommend D4 on Harcourt street, or club m, just off temple bar. Some clubs in dublin can be quite hard to get into. Although, most of the clubs that claim to be 21 only say this so they dont get 16 year olds with belts as skirts comin up to them! lol.. During the day i would highly recommend the porterhouse. It is, in my opinion, one of the best pubs in dublin. Great atmosphere for during the day.
Anyway, hope u have a great weekend! :)) |
