The Irish stoat is a subspecies different to stoats in the rest of Europe.
http://www.npws.ie/en/Biodiversity/Ireland/Mammals/IrishStoat/
Three surviving breeds of cattle which originated in Ireland are: the Kerry, Irish Moiled and Dexter. Kerry cattle are mainly concentrated around the south west of Ireland and, in particular, in County Kerry itself. By contrast, 55 percent of Irish Moiled cattle are found in Northern Ireland, with most animals located in counties Down, Antrim and Armagh.
Dexter cattle, however, show little association with their area of origin in County Kerry and instead are predominantly found in Britain.
More indigenous Irish animals include Irish horse breeds, especially the Irish Draught horse and the Kerry Bog pony, and the Galway sheep breed. Galway sheep and Kerry Bog ponies are almost only found in Ireland. By contrast other Irish breeds, such as the Dexter, are almost exclusively located outside of Ireland. Furthermore, some breeds, like the Kerry, are clustered around their region of origin whilst Galway sheep are found in a diversity of parts of Ireland.

Burren National in county Clare is known for its unusual geology and cave structures, and unique species of wildlife. The Burren is home to seven species of bat who sleep in the caves by day and fly over the moors by night.
Killarney National Park is home to many native red deer, which are unique in Ireland and have roamed through the woods since the last Ice Age.

Sshhhh! It's Podge and Rodge
|
Biffo Cowenus, an animal not renowned for its beauty. Has a short life span because of its inability to think on its feet. Easily targeted by predators.
Brianus Lenihanus, an incredibily stupid animal. Unable to calculate and think through simple numerical problems.
Maryus Harneyus, Ireland's closest living ancestor to the woolly mammoth. A slow lumbering animal who can't see the wood for the trees. |

The Kerry Cow is Native to Ireland, they are all Black and are the only Cows that are allowed to Grow their Horns all the other Cows have their Horns removed when Calves. You will see Kerry Cows on the Muckross Estate beside the Killarney National Park in Kerry. There is another Native Cow but I have forgotten its Name and it to is allowed to Grow its Horns because it is a Native Irish Pedigree and it is a Reddish Colour.
The Irish Red Setter ,Irish Water Spaniel ,Irish Terrier,Glen of Imall Terrier,Irish Wheaten Terrier. However Most Dogs are Already Derived from Other Dogs Breeds so I dont think they would be Totally Indigenous to the Country.
There are a few Snails that are Indigenous to Ireland. There is a Hooded Crow that has different Black and Grey Shading to other Countries Hooded Crows. |
