Are there pubs around Croke Park Stadium?

Dublin is famous for it's pub scene and there's no shortage of popular Dublin pubs within walking distance of Croke Park. If there's a match or a concert on at the stadium, most get fairly packed - but the atmosphere's fantastic!

Quinns in Drumcondra is a great spot, as is Fagans on Drumcondra Road Lower. Hill 16 on Gardiner Street is the place to be on a match day and there's always a good atmosphere Jury's Croke Park hotel bar, just across from the stadium.

The Big Tree on Lower Dorset Street and Cassidys on Camden Street Lower are also good for the 'craic'. And there's no end of pubs with lively atmospheres (and great pints) in and around O'Connell Street – from here you can easily walk to Croker and all have huge followings!

Guaranteed Irish!!!

Hi Carl, when you get here you will realise that there are pubs everywhere in Ireland. Even the smallest villages usually have more than one! We tend to give directions using pubs, as in turn right at the 'Kestrel' for example!

There are plenty of pubs within striking distance of Croke Park. Just follow the crowds!

Enjoy your visit.
