there are no trains only buses. but there are loads of buses.
the best to get is the aircoach, 7 euro for a ticket and that takes you in to the city centre and out to the southside if u wanted to go there.
it goes by o cennell street and grafton street which are considered the centre of the city. good luck.

there are no trains from Dublin airport to city centre. local buses 2 euro/ticket to O'Connell street every 20-25 min, buss 16A or 41, or AirCoach 6euro/ticket every 10 min, or taxi about 20euro ... depends on trafic. a trip would take about 30 min.
wellcome to dublin

The under metro will take you straight from Dublin airport to the City centre. The only thing is this service is unavailable until 2015 as it is not yet built

No, there are no trains between Dublin airport and Dublin city centre.
There are taxis, coaches and buses.

Hi, Dublin is a small city and it is not far from the airport to the centre of the city. You can get the Airlink bus direct from the airport it is not that expensive. Someone advised the 41 bus but you would have to walk to the main road to get this. Airlink is best for you. We have no trains between the airport and the city.
In the city walking is an option as most places are within a short distance of the centre. We have the Dart (electric train) which goes all around the bay north and south and is a good way of seeing places outside the city. We also have the Luas (tram) which will take you up the quays to the Museums of Decorative arts and the museum of modern art and also out to tallaght west of Dublin.
Have a good trip.

There are no trains from Dublin Airport to the City Centre. You have to get either a bus or a taxi. There are Dublin Bus buses and Airlink buses and during daytime you'll find one or the other leaving every 10 minutes. Dublin Bus is cheaper (a couple of euro I think) but it makes a lot of stops and it takes I'd say almost 1 hour to get to Busaras the centre. Airlink is 6 or 7 euro and it takes about 30 minutes. A taxi would be about 20 euro and it takes 20 minutes. I think the best option is the Airlink. If you're staying at a hotel check with them if they have a shuttle service.

No the geniuses who govern our country did not think of that. There are lots of buses and I think the luas or dart I'm not sure which is being planned to connect them
