Shinners believe the right to own private property is theft.
They havent a clue what they are doing half of the time, the word flip flop was invented just for them. I feel sorry for the unionists in the north as they have to share power with those muppets, in the previous incarnation of the northern assembly, professional art garfunkel lookalike Martin "yes that is a gun in my pocket and no i am not pleased to see you" Mcguinness, was the minister for education, this was a man who never finished second level,
The sooner the Main political parties here can set up parties in the north the better, at least the people in the north can get a better option.

Neutrality? There's a joke in need of a punchline if I ever saw one. Next time I'm stuck in the queue in Shannon Airport trying to get through security, which is super extra tight because there are American troops in the lounge area I'll give it some thought.

They were a Dangerous Bunch and very Self Rightous they are right and everybody else is wrong. They should be in Prison for all the Killing they done down through the Years.However I will be Voting No to the Lisbon Treaty. If it was so Great why did the other EU Countries Deprive the Voters of their Democratic Right to Hold a Referendum on it ,what are they afraid of.It is just a Big Businessmans Treaty favouring the Rich and Powerful in the EU.There is nothing there to Uphold the Rights of Workers Jobs from Globalisation ,just like Bertie Aherns Government Refused to do anything about Irish Ferries Hiring Cheap Foreign Labour on their Ships.

Well said!. They make out their socialist to appeal to the working man (unless that man as unionist of course), but I find some of their politics extremely right wing, and bordering on xenophobia.

They vote NO to every referendum going just to annoy the government, nothing to do if they believe in it or not.

Ireland is the only country in the EU voting on this because of the way our constitution is drawn up (or so I'm led to believe), other governments say they were elected by the people and therefor have the right to change their Constitution on behalf of the people (for those counties with one of course, i suppose we can thank the DeValera for something), otherwise I doubt the Irish government would go to the bother of all these referendums.

I do agree with them on this because this isn't actually a vote to change the constitution, and THEN the Lisbon treaty will be passed. The constitution is perfect the way it is.

-The EU will have the power to change the Lisbon treaty so the goal posts are moved

and

-The EU will be able to uniform all tax rates. We can't afford to do this as our cost base is too high and we'll loose what multinationals
