I can't answer for Ennis but in Dublin there is Kilronan House. It's located near Stevens Green. The rates are affordable (or at least back in October 2001). The bed we had was comfortable. The host was kind. Breakfast was great. The butter was to die for! Mmmmmm. Butter.
