Trust me I'm a Doctor ♥
The weather is never "comfortable" it rains most of the time, except 2 or 3 days in June it usually sunny.

The Ring of Kerry and around the Dingle Peninsula would be good if you like doing touristy things, hiking and pony trekking, magnificent views, mountains, Torc waterfall, stunning coastline, picturesque villages etc.

Try www.discoverireland.ie.

It would be safe to say that all of Ireland has something, but if you are here for a week or less, pick a region and stay there.

I didn't see 'comfortable weather', and it kind of made me laugh. Dearie, if you want non-stop sunshine guaranteed, go to Spain. The weather is Ireland is totally unpredictable, consider good weather as a bonus when you're here.

Click the first link below and pick from the list of cities some that you might want to see. Then click that city to read reviews and compare hotel prices. Then for each city, click the "Things To Do" link on the left hand side to see what activities are available in that city.
